# 桌面版Docker无法正常启动
|
|
|
|
**桌面版 Docker 长时间没有使用，突然无法正常启动效果如下**

**解决方法如下**
|
|
|
|
1. 打开 Windows Cmd 以管理员权限启动更新 WSL
|
|
|
|
```bash
|
|
wsl --shutdown
|
|
```
|
|
|
|
2. 关闭所有正在运行的 WSL 实例
|
|
|
|
```bash
|
|
wsl --update
|
|
```
|
|
|
|
3. 查看版本
|
|
|
|
```bash
|
|
wsl --version
|
|
```
|
|
|
|
4. 重启 Docker 软件即可正常启动 |
